Thursday Oct 08, 2020
Thursday Oct 08, 2020
This week on the podcast our Artistic Director Lee Lewis sat down with our Database Trainer and Supervisor Rory Killen. In his role, Rory maintains the systems that help us connect with our audience — so that through time, we can better understand and accommodate your needs. In fact, it was Rory who helped rebuild our ticketing system after our theatre closed in March to assist everyone with the cancellation, donation, credit and refund of your tickets. It’s the geekier side of a theatre company but, just like the rigging of a set, an essential element of putting on a show.
